Asst. Help Desk Engineer

Role would involve providing 1 st line support to users and solve day-to-day problems and coordinating with second and third line support teams.

Qualification: Computer science graduate, MCP

Experience: 3 years experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, familiarity with remote access control and help desk solution.
